A little Somatic exercise update: it’s nice.

The rocking, the gentleness, and the un-intensity of the movements feel like the healing exercise it intends to be. And it helped mitigate some work anxiety that hit me this evening once I finally convinced myself to do the daily routine. Moving the stress through and out of my body. For the most part.

We’re thirteen days into the thirty-day course, but it’s been a nice way to pay attention to my body again.
