I’ll admit I haven’t been writing. Not really. Not besides squeezing out a few sentences a day. In the cycle of my work energy lately, I just haven’t had the mental energy. But I do think this little accountability makes it easier for me to dive back in and keeps my brain on the story even when my words aren’t.

Here are my last sentences from this past week:

  • 2/16: Was it him?
  • 2/17: It would make a hell of a headline.
  • 2/18: That is not what I meant.
  • 2/19: I woke up drenched.
  • 2/20: You’re reading garbage, that’s what. 
  • 2/21: Then, I have to believe he did.
  • 2/22: I thought you two were—
