A short update this tonight, but I’ll keep you posted as I get in my Pitch Wars submission this week (see yesterday’s post for my first stab at a query letter). Plus, I spent the entire evening reading Wayward Son by Rainbow Rowell cover to cover — the sequel to my favorite (non-HP) book Carry On. Feelings have been had.
Here are my last sentences from this past week:
- 9/17: Tell me about the water.
- 9/18: Why had he put so much trust in someone whose name he didn’t know — he didn’t even know if they were human or monster.
- 9/19: We went down.
- 9/20: Then, they jumped,
- 9/21: Is this hell?
- 9/22: Blood filled up her shoes.
- 9/23: If only his past would leave him alone.
With Love,
Natalie
