I am technically about 33% through my latest revision.

That is, I would be if I didn’t keep thinking of new things to go back and smooth out. I also went down a fun rabbit hole last night doing some fact-checking for myself — from how people put letters up on marquee boards to the differences in trainings schedules in America vs Japan for girls cross country (spoiler: Japan seems to be much better at it . . . or at least they are all much faster).

I made some good progress this weekend and I’m hoping to keep it up, but I admittedly got distracted just catching up with my friends during our writing time together (a worthy way to spend time as well).

I am still hoping to have a new, readable revision by the end of the year. We’ll see how the busy work season and the holidays go, but I’m optimistic for now.

With Love,

Natalie
