That’s what they call the flavor
Salted caramel ice cream
With sea salt fudge and salted cashews
One scoop in a waffle cone
At least once per summer this is needed
Really good ice on a hot day
We eat while we walk down Cottage Row
Then venture to the harbor
To enjoy the cool lake air
And point out boats that should be too rich to function
The lives some people lead
But yes, I would spend a weekend on that yacht
If pressed
But I’d rather have that ice cream cone
Joy doesn’t have to come with three engines
She’ll accept small bills
And make her scoops generous all the same
