Here’s the content you’re all here for: Taylor Swift’s discography.

There’s this beautifully long ranking quiz you can take to figure out your top Taylor Swift songs. I took this back in December and here were my top results:

I don’t think this is completely how I’d rank them, but it’s a pretty good representation of what I’d put in my top ten. All Too Well and Champagne Problems would definitely be my top two. All Too Well will always be the top one.

Then, my best friend’s sister put together a new ranking system to create the “perfect playlist”. In this one, each track from every album is ranked against each other. For example, every Track 1 from all nine albums is pitted against each other and you can only choose one (From “Tim McGraw” to “Mine” to “The 1” and “Willow).

Apparently these are major decisions for me because it’s taken me a while to sort through them, but here’s what I’ve come up with (for at least the first 18 tracks):

  • Track 1: Tim McGraw
  • Track 2: Champagne Problems
  • Track 3: The Last Great American Dynasty
  • Track 4: ’tis the damn season
  • Track 5: All Too Well
  • Track 6: You Belong With Me
  • Track 7: happiness
  • Track 8: Stay Beautiful
  • Track 9: Cornelia Street
  • Track 10: illicit affairs
  • Track 11: Innocent
  • Track 12: long story short
  • Track 13: Last Kiss
  • Track 14: Long Live
  • Track 15: New Year’s Day
  • Track 16: Forever & Always (Piano Version)
  • Track 17: the lakes
  • Track 18: Back to December (Acoustic)

Since Fearless (Taylor’s Version) goes up to 27 tracks, I’ve reserved some bonus slots for songs I absolutely have to include on my playlist:

  • willow
  • betty
  • Our Song
  • Fifteen
  • cardigan

Technically I have more slots? Food for thought with literally the lowest stakes.

With Love,

Natalie
