Have a haiku poem about I got super heat sick on my run this morning . . .
I was unprepared
Heat punishes me for it
Not all runs are good
It gets easier
Before it will get better
Better did not come
I stumble and weave
And lie down in the gravel
Just for a minute
I started too late
Because I stayed up too late
Sleep is glorious
But regretful now
As I crawl through my door and
Drop to the floor, sick
After walking the
Last three of twelve, so slowly
Last week in the past
It takes me six hours
To shake the headache and the
Nausea, uffda
But I shake it and
A bad run is still better
Than no run at all
With Love,
Natalie
