If you’re in a rush, go slow.
Or so someone said. We always have a moment for a mindful minute. Rarely do seconds matter, unless those seconds are used to pause. Then they matter a whole lot.
It’s the whole principle around meditation, really — or at least my version of it. Take a moment to be still.
If you’re in a rush, go slow. I forget that a lot. In the franticness of a workday. In the hecticness of life. When the pressure comes down fast and you feel like you don’t have time. And then inevitably make mistakes that take up more time. Go slow. Go slow.
It’s a good reminder, for me, even now as I type fast and feel the pressure to wrap up the day. In. Out. There’s always room for a pause.
With Love,
Natalie
