My week off with my friends in Door County continues . . . today included morning board games (Betrayal at House on the Hill . . . my favorite) with the Olympics on in the background. We went to lunch at Fireside and then I got to show off my favorite place in Door County at last: The Writing Center.
As expected, it got the appreciation it deserves. I am in love with this place. And we used it for workshopping our writing today! It was so gratifying to be in-person while discussing stories and sharing ideas.
After: a happy hour at the Hatch Distillery and then off to a Fish Boil in Ephraim with an amazing view of the harbor.
It’s all very Door County. But the more important thing is that it’s all very friendship.
